Steve graduated from McMaster University Honours Life Sciences Bachelor's degree in 2010. He worked as an orthotic technician for 3 years after University while completing courses in the Western Pedorthic program. He became a Certified Pedorthist in 2014. Steve believes that the Pedorthic treatment goal for each patient is to really understand their condition and contributing factors, so they can make healthy decisions for their feet and lower limbs. He also feels that a big part of Pedorthic care is looking at different footwear options, custom made orthotics, compression stockings as well as certain braces. As a health care provider, Steve is dedicated to educating patients on their best treatment options. Outside of work, you may find Steve watching any sort of sport, but mainly the Toronto Maple Leafs....Go Leafs Go! He also enjoys visiting local craft breweries, and is a hot pepper enthusiast...with a "hotter the better" philosophy.
