Jacob graduated from McMaster University in 2015 with a Masters in Physiotherapy. He previously attended Brock University and graduated with a Honours Bachelor's in Kinesiology in 2011. Following this Undergraduate degree he completed his Masters of Science at Brock University where he researched non-pharmacological means of reducing falls in patients with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Jacob has publications in Motor Learning literature, and continues works on completing publications from his previous research in patients living with PD. Jacob enjoys educating his clients on the treatments and exercises given to his clients. He focuses on a client-centered approach, and applies evidence-based practice to maximize treatment potential and goal attainment. Jacob believes strongly in lifelong learning and has continued to obtain additional certifications in soft tissue release (STR) and acupuncture. In Jacob's spare time he enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and walking his dog.
Jason Graduated from McMaster University in 2009 with a Masters in Physiotherapy. He also attended McMaster University and graduated with a Honours Bachelor's in Kinesiology in 2007.
He has experience in both the hospital setting and in outpatient orthopaedic setting. Jason likes to throughly explain and demonstrate the anatomy and physiology of structures to his patients. He uses pictures, skeletal models, and his iPad anatomy program to highlight structures and functions involved in patients injuries. He believes with a deeper understand of patients injuries, they are better able to prevent re-injuries and expedite the healing process.
When Jason is away from the clinic, you will likely find him on the Golf course. He also enjoys cooking, snowboarding, and spending time with his dog.
Andy is a Certified Athletic Therapist. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors of Kinesiology Degree in the Athletic Therapy stream.
Before studying at the U of M, Andy graduated from Conestoga College where he obtained Certification as an Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant and graduated from Fanshawe College with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion
Andy was the Head Therapist for the London Knights Hockey Club for 4 years prior to joining the Mobility Team.
Andy is dedicated to the patients rehabilitation, conditioning and overall health and wellness. A strong knowledge base combined with commitment to education and remaining current with developments in the industry is a reflection of his passion for his chosen profession.
Andy enjoys the outdoors, camping, and playing sports in his spare time.
Jay is a Physiotherapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer, and Athletic Trainer. He completed his degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in 2009. His passion about health and fitness made him to come to Canada where he did his diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Fanshawe College, London, ON in 2012. During his days at Fanshawe College, Jay got the opportunity to work as a Varsity Athletic Trainer for various sports teams including soccer and basketball. His duties included providing immediate treatment of sports injuries, performing protective taping, and maintaining medical records. Jay has wide variety of experience working as Physiotherapist Assistant in various Long Term Care homes, OHIP clinics, and Sports Medicine clinics. Jay takes great pride in assisting Physiotherapists develop, implement and execute exercise prescription for variety of population starting from athletes to elderly. Jay is also a Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) and motivates his clients to set and achieve their fitness goals. Outside of his work, Jay loves to spend his free time with his family and friends. He also loves to watch and play sports like soccer and cricket.
Sarah is a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association and a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with honours from Sheridan College, Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in 2010 with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) Degree. After years of working in many multi-disciplinary clinics Sarah was eager to expand her knowledge and further develop her skills. She completed the Advanced Massage Therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek in 2014, where she completed her Diploma in Massage Therapy. Sarah has completed continuing education courses in the areas of Visceral Manipulation and Craniovertebral Assessment and Treatment. Sarah enjoys utilizing skills she has learned from both professions to develop a more comprehensive treatment program for her clients. On top of her clinical duties she has also spent the past 6 years working as a Lab Instructor in the Kinesiology program at McMaster University.
Brad graduated from Western University with an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Since graduating in 2014, he has worked as a Kinesiologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Personal Trainer. As a Kinesiologist with an exercise background, Brad's goal is to bridge the gap between Primary Care and optimal human function. He believes that education is imperative to a patient’s successful recovery, and strives to communicate with patients in an easily understandable language. Away from the clinic, Brad enjoys playing sports such as baseball, hockey and squash as well as travelling when he gets the chance.
Dr. Stephanie Crawford is a registered chiropractor trained in diversified technique, myofascial release therapy, Graston Technique, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and functional rehabilitation. She treats conditions of the spine and the extremities, ranging from acute injuries to chronic pain. She is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and completed her undergraduate degree at Trent University. Her goal is to help each patient as they actively work toward pain-free function, health, and quality of life by providing evidence-based care and encouraging healthy and active lifestyle choices. Dr. Crawford is enthusiastic about collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. Dr. Crawford is an avid equestrian and rock climber; when she is not treating patients, she enjoys staying active in the great outdoors, spending time with her horse “Bizzy.”
Steve graduated from McMaster University Honours Life Sciences Bachelor's degree in 2010. He worked as an orthotic technician for 3 years after University while completing courses in the Western Pedorthic program. He became a Certified Pedorthist in 2014. Steve believes that the Pedorthic treatment goal for each patient is to really understand their condition and contributing factors, so they can make healthy decisions for their feet and lower limbs. He also feels that a big part of Pedorthic care is looking at different footwear options, custom made orthotics, compression stockings as well as certain braces. As a health care provider, Steve is dedicated to educating patients on their best treatment options. Outside of work, you may find Steve watching any sort of sport, but mainly the Toronto Maple Leafs....Go Leafs Go! He also enjoys visiting local craft breweries, and is a hot pepper enthusiast...with a "hotter the better" philosophy.
Jessica is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from Sheridan College in 2014. Previous to that, she attended and graduated from Georgian College from the Massage therapy program. Jessica has experience in the field with treating athletes. She wants to continue to enhance her knowledge and education. Jessica believes that in order for the patients to fully achieve their rehabilitation goals they need to be properly educated and to look at the whole body and not just the injured area. Outside the clinic, she has played Varsity volleyball and continues to play volleyball. She also enjoys sunny vacations.
Tegan Woods graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2014. She also attended the University of Waterloo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology in 2012. Tegan enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions with techniques such as deep tissue massage,
sports massage, facilitated stretching, and myofascial release. She strives to educate her clients about the human body as she works alongside them to restore, maintain, or increase physical function and relieve pain.
Javier received his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy degree from McMaster University. He has completed the Level 1 Soft Tissue Release Technique Acquisition, and the Level 1 Manual Therapy at the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Growing up, Javier enjoyed playing a variety sports and maintained an active lifestyle. Unfortunately, he experienced a fair share of injuries, which he rehabilitated through Physiotherapy and became acquainted with the profession. As a result, his interest in the human body and in looking for ways to optimize well-being through movement intensified. These experiences led him to pursue a career as a Physiotherapist.
Javier uses evidence-based treatments and emphasizes a positive environment with open communication and collaboration to help clients achieve their goals. He believes that providing clients with the tools and knowledge to manage their own condition and prevent re-injury is of utmost importance.
Javier is interested in expanding his knowledge of chronic conditions, wellness-promotion, and in growing his ‘treatment toolbox’. When he is not at work, he is training at the gym, playing pick-up basketball, reading, or spending time with friends and family (in no particular order).
Nancy has over 24 years of experience in the customer service and administrative field. She strives to make each patient's visit to the clinic a pleasant one, and she enjoys seeing the results and successes of all patients that walk through the door. When she is not working, Nancy can be found in her garden or walking her dog.
Maria is a people person who loves to help others any way that she can. She has 15+ years experience as a customer service administrator in various service/retail environments. Maria has seen the difference first hand of how Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre enhances the lives of patients in so many different regards.

Meghann has 15+ years experience as an administrative professional in a customer service/retail setting. She is an outgoing individual who aspires to learn every patient’s name who comes through the doors of Mobility. In her time at Mobility, Meghann has truly enjoyed watching the recovery process of patients from the time they enter the clinic until their “graduation” day. During off hours, Meghann enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking her dog Marshall, catching bigger fish than her husband, quoting Seinfeld and taking in all the outdoor activities that our seasons have to offer.
